From our modern office in Guernsey we take care of the time-consuming management responsibilities involved in aircraft operation. With many years of experience in aviation regulation, compliance, and aircraft maintenance, we are able to offer full aircraft management solutions.

Tristan Esteves - Managing Director

Tristan Esteves career in aviation spans over 35 years during which time he has amassed over 11,000 flying hours, piloting a wide range of aircraft from KingAirs to Learjets and Falcons – on behalf of small, high caliber organisations, through to large corporate and airline flight operations in regional airliners.
​
Tristan is well known and respected within the business aviation sector and can offer invaluable advice when it comes to the complexities of safety and operations and has the all round experience to manage the complete package of aircraft ownership.

Elizabeth Esteves - Director
​
Elizabeth spent a number of years as a business jet pilot before moving to the airlines and flying for a well-known regional airline on the BAe 146. Having gained considerable experience as a commercial pilot, Elizabeth changed direction and moved over to the world of Air Traffic Control.
​
Elizabeth has worked in Air Traffic Control for well over a decade and has a wealth of experience in many areas of aviation.
